New predicted League One table with Huddersfield Town & Birmingham City shocks and Wrexham & Barnsley twists

Huddersfield Town, Wrexham and Birmingham City were among the clubs to boost their promotion hopes in League One over the weekend.

Michael Duff’s Terriers have found form and continued their run with a 2-1 win away at Mansfield Town. Will Evans had cancelled out Ben Wiles’ opener but Josh Koroma struck to secure a win for the visitors.

Wrexham also clinched three points on the road, edging past Burton Albion with a decisive goal from Elliot Lee. Over in South Yorkshire, Barnsley hosted Birmingham City and fell to a 2-1 defeat at Oakwell.

Elsewhere, Lincoln City shared the spoils with Charlton Athletic and Wigan Athletic were beaten on home turf by Leyton Orient. Cambridge United swept Shrewsbury Town aside, Stockport County saw off Exeter City and Wycombe Wanderers drew with Reading.

Rotherham United were due to face Blackpool but were among the clubs to have their schedule disrupted by Storm Darragh.
