Sheffield United 4-1 Stevenage

Shaun Miller scored a second-half brace as Sheffield United moved back into the automatic promotion places with an emphatic victory over Stevenage.

The former Crewe striker, making his first league start, hit twice after the break to help United establish a 3-1 lead.

Neill Collins had earlier headed United in front on 19 minutes after a delicious cross from Michael Doyle.

Fourth-placed Stevenage offered little threat but did equalise on the stroke of half-time when Mark Roberts headed home Filipe Morais’s corner.

But United took charge in the second half with Ryan Flynn tormenting them on the left. First he headed Nick Blackman’s cross into Miller’s path for the second.

Then he crossed from the left for the waspish striker to convert at the second attempt.

And Flynn was not finished, curling over another cross for Chris Porter to seal a comfortable victory with a firm header.
