“In terms of the football club and fanbase, it changes everyone’s outlook in terms of a bit more buoyancy, joy and expectation.
“It is good, that is what we want.”
Heckingbottom is set to run with the same squad who were involved in Sunday’s climatic triumph at Wigan, with James Bree and George Smith still sidelined - although they could still feature if the Reds’ season is extended.
Heckingbottom added: “There’s nothing new and it is as we have been for the past few games.

“We have given Aidy White a but longer of a rest, which is good and he’s joined in again training today and we will assess him tomorrow.
“It is good to have him back involved and the longer we can give him, the more minutes we know we can have him on the pitch if needed.”
