This parkrun allows runners to take in the views of the castle museum, while completing three and a half anticlockwise laps of the park, starting outside of the main entrance to the museum.

Take in the tranquil surroundings of Dalby Forest, covering a mixture of forest roads, gravel paths, footpaths and wooden bridges. Enjoy the views along the valley and cross over bridges that span Dalby Beck.
This 5km loop begins on a rolled limestone road and goes alongside both the Northern Lake and Main Lake. This route is quite flat and allows runners to take in views of the Country Park.
