In Bramhope, actress and writer Gaynor Faye, known for her roles in Coronation Street and Emmerdale, who is the daughter of the late Kay Mellor, will be conquering her fear that has haunted her since childhood.
After being thrown from a horse as a young girl, she vowed never to ride again. Meanwhile in Halifax, lifelong farmer Steven Short prepares for an important day at the auction.
Having raised a flock of Hampshire Down lambs on his family farm, Steven hopes all of his hard work will pay off at market.
As costs continue to rise for farmers, every penny counts - and Steven’s trip to Skipton Mart carries real weight.
Up in North Yorkshire, Castle Howard is undergoing one of the most significant projects in its history. Following years of meticulous work, curators Eleanor and Matthew race against time to prepare the house for reopening, revealing restored rooms not seen since they were destroyed by a fire in 1940.

In the Yorkshire Dales, talented furniture maker Tom Addison completes the final phase of a special project.
From his rural workshop in Askrigg, Tom has crafted eight bespoke oak louvres for the bell tower of the village’s 15th century church.
As the final pieces are lifted into place, the whole community gathers to celebrate an incredible restoration - and a legacy built to last.
From emotional breakthroughs to skilled craftsmanship, this episode showcases the heart, heritage, and everyday heroes of Yorkshire life.
