The key TV and streaming details ahead of the Yorkshire derby between Doncaster Rovers and Huddersfield Town
Doncaster Rovers and Huddersfield Town are set to meet for a Yorkshire derby battle in the EFL Trophy.
The clubs have experienced contrasting fortunes in the early stages of the League One campaign, with Doncaster sat 22nd and Huddersfield occupying second.
For Rovers, the beginning of their EFL Trophy campaign presents an opportunity to find form that can be taken into the league. For the Terriers, it is an opportunity to build further momentum.
It is not a competition that often generates much excitement among supporters - but it is one Huddersfield’s head coach Martin Drury loves.
He said: “I think it’s a brilliant tournament. I love the fact some Premier League clubs’ Under-21s teams enter it, it’s a great opportunity for every club to use it for different reasons.
“Some might be using it to get a win, some to get young players on the pitch, some to get players back from injury. For us it’s a game of football we want to win.”
