LEEDS United moved one step closer to a Premier League return with a 3-0 victory over promotion rivals Fulham at Elland Road.

The Whites moved to the top of the Championship table with the triumph, following West Bromwich Albion's 1-0 loss at Brentford on Friday evening.

Here are the match ratings from the contest as Leeds moved ever closer to promotion as they put eight points between themselves and third place.

Illan Meslier, 7: Not much goalkeeping to do, but set off the counter-attack for the second goal.

Ben White, 7: Not fazed by a terrible Aleksandar Mitrovic challenge at the start.

Helder Costa, 6: set up Bamford's goal but wasteful at times in possession, as many Leeds players were in the first half.

Patrick Bamford, 7: Scored a chance, missed a chance but not very involved with Leeds struggling for possession in the opening 45 minutes.

Substitutes: Ezgjan Alioski (Costa, 45), 6: On the field 12 minutes before scoring the nerve-calming second goal.

Pablo Hernandez (for Bamford, 45), 8: His passing changed Leeds's performance completely. Marcelo Bielsa played down his substitution, saying it was a precaution.
