Supercomputer predicts Championship table with Leeds United, Sunderland, Sheffield United and West Brom twists

It was a stellar weekend for the Championship’s Yorkshire clubs - with Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday among the victors.

Leeds cruised to a 3-0 win at Elland Road, punishing Coventry City for their lacklustre display. Wilfried Gnonto, Jayden Bogle and Joel Piroe supplied the goals, although the win came at a cost as Ethan Ampadu was forced off with an injury.

It has been a difficult start to the season for Sheffield Wednesday, but the Owls clinched an impressive 3-2 win over in-form West Bromwich Albion at Hillsborough. Alex Mowatt looked to have salvaged a point for the Baggies but Anthony Musaba responded quickly to restore the Owls advantage.

There have been more celebrations on the red side of Sheffield of late but the Blades were held to a 0-0 draw away at Portsmouth. Hull City, on the other hand, secured three points with a 4-1 rout of Cardiff City.

Following the latest round of Championship fixtures, here is how the Football Web Pages supercomputer expects the final table to look.
