Burton 2 York City 0: Minstermen lose proud unbeaten run
York City saw their 23-game unbeaten run come to a shuddering halt as they slipped to defeat at Burton Albion.
Albion stayed top of League Two with their sixth win of the season.
The hosts came close when goalkeeper Michael Ingham punched out to John Mousinho but his shot was headed off the line by Keith Lowe.
But Burton were not to be denied as goals from Lucas Atkins and Mousinho maintained their unbeaten start to the season.
