CHAMPION knitter, Mrs. Hilda Ludlam of Wellhouse Road, Roundhay, Leeds, has just scored an all-time record in knitting blankets for Oxfam.
Her busy needles have notched up 200 blankets for the charity, and Women's Circle member Hilda is still going to carry on.
Scottish born and a doctor's wife, she took up a challenge to achieve a century of blankets 20 years ago.
