The VisitEngland 2026 ROSE Award winners have been published - and 11 B&Bs, hotels and holiday parks in Yorkshire are among them.

The ROSE (Recognition Of Service Excellence) Awards honour accommodation providers across England who have given visitors the best customer experience.

They celebrate the owners, management and employees who deliver good service and warm welcomes, irrespective of the type of accommodation, star rating or style.

“They honour the people behind the businesses who go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, innovative options for all tastes and budgets and a great welcome for visitors.

“Where people rest their heads is central to ensuring memorable visitor experiences, whether that’s glamping or B&B stays, to country pubs with rooms or self-catering cottages, these providers drive tourism and its benefits across communities.”

The ROSE Award winners were nominated by VisitEngland’s Quality Scheme assessors and selected from assessor comments and online feedback from overseas and domestic visitors.

Recipients of the Awards include all types of accommodation from B&Bs/guesthouses, self-catering and hotels to parks, glamping sites and hostels and cover a range of ratings from three to five stars, as well as accredited properties.

The VisitEngland ROSE Awards 2026 is now in its 10th year and was presented at an event on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at The Post Barn, Old Oxford, Newbury, Berkshire.
