Rightmove has analysed its data to reveal a round-up of some of the property trends and best selling area that shaped 2023. The analysis revealed that Sandbanks in Dorset is this year’s house price hotspot with average asking prices increasing by 20% over the past year, from £1,586,349 to £1,909,943.Overall, national average asking prices at the end of 2023 were 1.1% lower than at the same time in the previous year.
